Founder and Visionary

Linda Hubertus

Founder

Linda Hubertus is the architect behind Mini Modular Group’s vertically integrated model. Her unique career bridges two worlds: the high-stakes, precision-driven global telecommunications industry and the large-scale, asset-intensive U.S. luxury residential development market. This dual expertise is the foundation of her vision to systematically rebuild real estate with industrial efficiency.

Prior to founding Mini Modular, Linda spent the first half of her career, 20 years as a senior executive in the global radio frequency and wireless infrastructure sector. There, she led and integrated multinational mergers and acquisitions with a cumulative value exceeding $100 million, managing complex technical, regulatory, and operational consolidations across borders. This experience forged her expertise in integrating complex systems, managing precision supply chains, and executing large-scale industrial projects with definitive outcomes.

For the past 15 years, Linda successfully pivoted this systems-engineering mindset to luxury residential investment and development in the United States. She led the acquisition, entitlement, and development of high-value properties, gaining intimate knowledge of the industry's chronic pain points. This experience revealed a profound market failure: traditional construction methods could not deliver quality housing at a pace and cost that addressed urgent societal needs.

This insight crystallized her personal and professional mission. Linda founded Mini Modular Group not only to build a superior business model but to bridge the critical gap in housing affordability. She saw that the manufacturing discipline and scalability from advanced tech industries held the key to unlocking a new class of housing.

Her mission is to leverage mass production and prefabrication technology not just for luxury markets, but as a powerful tool for social impact—to produce high-quality, durable, and sustainable standardized, building code compliant homes at a radically lower and transparent cost, making dignified housing accessible to a much broader segment of society.

Under her leadership, Mini Modular Group has rapidly scaled from vision to a major national platform. The company now controls a diversified development pipeline spanning from coast to coast, with active projects across multiple essential housing categories: luxury single-family homes, purpose-built student housing, affordable multi-family apartments, Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs), high-end boutique resorts, and senior living communities.

With control of over 1,000+ acres of land and a total project pipeline value exceeding $700 Million, the company is proving that its integrated model is both scalable and critically needed across the entire housing spectrum.

Linda’s ultimate goal is to establish Mini Modular Group as definitive proof that the future of housing must be equitable, sustainable, and intelligent. She is committed to demonstrating that financial success and social responsibility are not just compatible, but are powerfully synergistic when driven by technology and integrated thinking, and this approach can be applied at scale to meet America's diverse housing challenges.
