
United States: the construction of the Wittpenn Bridge project
Our consortium has signed a $166 million contract with the New Jersey Department of Transportation for the construction of the Wittpenn Bridge project. Located on Highway 7, the new steel lift bridge will be built next to the existing 1930s structure. The lift span will feature an orthotropic deck and tub girder, measuring 324 feet by 110 feet and weighing 2,440 tons. The project also includes the construction of lift towers, a steel-concrete approach bridge, and installation of electromechanical systems.

United States: Hudson Waterfront luxury apartments project
Our consortium has broken ground on the Hudson Waterfront luxury apartments, Park and Shore, located along the Hudson River in Jersey City, New Jersey. This project, invested and constructed by China State Construction, includes two condominium buildings for sale. The 75 Park tower is 37 stories tall with 358 units and a total area of 500,836 square feet, while the Shore House is 7 stories with 71 units and a total area of 108,829 square feet. The total investment for both buildings is $345 million.

United States: Construction of Hoyt 11
Hoyt 11 is situated at the intersection of Downtown Brooklyn and the Brownstone District in New York. This uniquely designed luxury residential tower stands 57 stories high and offers amenities including a fitness center, sky club, private garden, and ground-level retail spaces. The project team demolished the original structure and built a supertall condominium tower reaching approximately 191 meters (626 feet) with 481 residential units. Given the complex construction environment, as the project site is located near the New York MTA's urban underground transit tunnels, the team meticulously planned the project in advance to minimize any disruptions to subway operations.

Franceļ¼Notre-Dame Cathedral Restoration Project
Our consortium is honored to be part of the Notre-Dame Cathedral restoration project in Paris. Working alongside international experts, we contributed our technical expertise and craftsmanship to help rebuild this historic monument after the 2019 fire. Our team focused on restoring its traditional architectural elements, supporting the preservation of this iconic cultural heritage site.
The main reconstruction has now been completed, and the cathedral reopened to the public starting on the 8th of December, 2024.

This mixed-use community in Singapore combines modern residences, premium office spaces, retail outlets, and leisure facilities. Designed for convenience and sustainability, it offers green spaces, smart technology, and excellent connectivity, creating a vibrant and balanced environment for work, life, and recreation.

Dubai: Dubai Marina
Dubai Marina is a world-renowned waterfront development located in Dubai, UAE, designed to create a luxurious urban lifestyle. This iconic project spans 1.021 million square feet and features 1,100 apartments, stunning skyscrapers, hotels, and a vibrant promenade. At its heart lies a 3-kilometer artificial canal, offering breathtaking views and a unique waterfront experience. The construction achieved a remarkable feat, completing one floor every three days, showcasing advanced engineering and efficiency. Today, Dubai Marina stands as a symbol of modern urban planning, architectural innovation, and engineering excellence.

Australia: Woolooware Bay Town Centre
Our consortium served as the head contractor for the Woolooware Bay Town Centre urban renewal project, now successfully completed. The project included a two-storey Bay Central retail center (approx. 18,000m²) with major retailers, specialty stores, and dining options, as well as five residential buildings offering 255 apartments with resort-style amenities. Additionally, the development features a 71-key Quest Hotel, seamlessly integrating residential, retail, and commercial spaces.

China: Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge (HZMB)
The Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge (HZMB) is a 55-kilometre (34 mi) bridge–tunnel system consisting of a series of three cable-stayed bridges, an undersea tunnel, and four artificial islands. It is both the longest sea crossing and the longest open-sea fixed link in the world. On 24 October 2018, the HZMB was opened to the public.

China: Hangzhou Xiaoshan International Airport
Xiaoshan International Airport, located in Hangzhou, China, is a major transportation hub in the Yangtze River Delta region. Our con consortium proudly undertook the construction of this prestigious project, contributing to its state-of-the-art design and infrastructure.

LNG port
This LNG port is a state-of-the-art facility designed for the efficient import, export, and storage of liquefied natural gas (LNG). Proudly constructed by our consortium, the port features advanced infrastructure capable of handling large-scale LNG carriers while ensuring safety and operational excellence. Serving as a critical energy hub, it reflects our commitment to delivering world-class engineering solutions that meet regional energy demands and uphold the highest environmental and safety standards.

China: Tianshan Victory Tunnel
The Tianshan Victory Tunnel is a major transportation project cutting through China's Tianshan Mountains in Xinjiang. Completed in 2023, this 22.1-kilometer tunnel connects Urumqi and Yuli, reducing travel time from hours to about 20 minutes. Built at an elevation over 2,000 meters, it's one of China's longest highway tunnels and serves as a crucial link in the Belt and Road Initiative. The project overcame significant engineering challenges due to complex geological conditions and high-altitude construction requirements in the mountain range.

China: The Green Energy Battery Industrial Park
The Green Energy Battery Industrial Park is a dedicated manufacturing zone where companies produce and develop sustainable batteries and related components. It serves as a hub for battery production, focusing on electric vehicle batteries and energy storage systems, while promoting environmental sustainability.
