Quality Assurance and Standards Compliance

At Mini Modular Factory, we pride ourselves on the design and manufacture of our pre-built houses, which are produced in ISO (International Organization for Standardization) qualified factories. Our products undergo rigorous testing to meet all required standards, including wind load, snow load, high/low temperature resilience, earthquake resistance, fire safety, and moisture/waterproofing.

All key electrical and plumbing components, as well as construction materials, comply with US standards and are UL (Underwriters Laboratories) certified. Additionally, our steel structure factories are certified in the United States.

Mini Modular can design and produce houses with ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act) compliance based on customer or government agency requests. We also design and produce houses according to our clients’ special specifications, adhering to state building codes where the house is installed.

We are currently in the process of qualifying for the highest standards of ICC (International Code Council) and Intertek in the construction and building industry.

We are dedicated to helping our clients achieve LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification for their projects upon completion. LEED is a globally recognized certification system that evaluates the environmental performance of buildings and encourages sustainable design. Achieving LEED certification demonstrates compliance with rigorous standards for energy efficiency, water savings, carbon emissions reduction, improved indoor environmental quality, and resource stewardship.

Trust in Mini Modular Factory to provide the highest quality, safety, and sustainability in pre-built housing.  compliance.pdf
